Training & Personal Development at Amazon Australia & New Zealand

Whole program was run by one early careers manager. No contact from anyone beyond HR but him. He was great, but he's had to leave because there is no work left for him at Amazon. No one picked up any slack after he left, leaving us with no grad program at all. Feels ironic to be doing this survey

I had 3 months to learn in the beginning of my job. Very generous. And there is always ongoing learning opportunities.
