The AMP Capital graduate rotational program offers you a personalised development opportunity like no other. As a graduate, you will complete a two year program, rotating four times across the AMP Capital Real Estate business. Taking on meaningful work from day one, you'll be guided through a tailored training program which aims to accelerate your personal and professional development.

AMP Capital is one of the largest direct Real Estate fund managers in Asia Pacific with more then $29.3 billion in assets under management on behalf of Institutional and Retail investors.
The Real Estate division is responsible for managing real estate portfolios on behalf of our investors, primarily invested in office, industrial and shopping centre assets in Australia and New Zealand.
Graduates on the two year, four rotation Real Estate program are provided the rare opportunity to develop end to end real estate skills across a vast number of areas such as Investment Management, Property Management, Development, Leasing, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Retail Design.
Following completion of the rotational program, graduates are equip to move in to a number of roles across our Real Estate business, including as an Analyst within any of our Real Estate teams including Real Estate Development, Funds Management, Research, Origination, Shopping Centre Management, Office and Industrial Management.
