As a graduate, you will complete a two year program, rotating four times across the AMP Financial Services business. AMP Financial Services graduate rotational program aims to provide graduates with a holistic understanding of the wealth management and retail banking industry. The stream spans the breadth of AMPs retail wealth business, which provides customers in Australia and New Zealand with:
Graduates complete rotations within a broad range of areas across the business gaining exposure in product design and development, strategy, customer insights and analytics and digital.
The Financial Services two year graduate program begins in February 2021 and provides an opportunity for graduates to complete four, six-monthly rotations across areas such as:
Graduates coming off the program typically step in to roles such as Product Analyst, Marketing Segment Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Platform Analyst, Business Consultant and Research Analyst.
