AMP is a very diverse company, both across ethnicity and ratio of women/men.

The graduate program is incredibly diverse with an even split in males/females and many different ethnicities. The rest of the company reflects similar trends however slightly less diverse

Whilst I have never used many of these services, I know that there are great policies in place for all of these. For Women, there are specialised netoworking programs, that match you with a senior buddy in the business.

From what I have seen seems relatively diverse, not so much 'promoted' in campaigns or word of mouth. Employee retention is an issue I believe at the moment due to nature of what is occurring to AMP.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Honestly not sure, I know we have these programs but they aren't communicated widely. Internship programs are typically where this comes in most, but not sure beyond that.
