Recruitment Process

A standard casual application process would be something like:

  • Submit application (CV including referee details)
  • Phone interview (About 10-15mins)
  • Reference Checking (2-3 supervisory referees)
  • Registration Interview (Informal, 30-60mins - one on one)

A standard contract/ongoing application process would be something like:

  • Submit application (CV including referee details)
  • Phone interview (About 10-15mins) plus additional discussions to gauge your preferences
  • Reference Checking (2-3 supervisory referees)
  • Discuss specific opportunities, with your permission, that put you forward for a role.
  • If you are then short-listed for an interview you will receive an interview preparation session.
  • Interview with the school (this may include a second-round interview and/or a demonstration lesson)
  • Offer made.
