      • During our 18-month programme you will work on building your craft within your home team under the guidance of a mentor being offered both stability and support.
      • Graduates also get the opportunity to work across the business and sometimes with our council partners (e.g. Auckland Council, Auckland Unlimited etc.) gaining new skills and delivering real projects and change.
      • You will experience a variety of challenges and have exposure to a wide range of disciplines, teams and projects - and no two projects are the same.
      • Our programme will enable you to develop a base of skills that will enable you to flex your career now and into the future.
      • You will begin your AT journey as part of the 2022 cohort and wider graduate/Nga Kaihoe community, building strong connections and having a support network during your time at AT.
      • Whanaungatanga, AT values the range of experiences, perspectives and voices that our diverse team bring.
      • Once the 18-month programme concludes you will be seamlessly transitioned into permanent positions within AT, continuing your journey in the AT whฤnau.

      A successful candidate would be someone with:

      • A minimum of a bachelor's degree obtained from either University or Polytechnic
      • Exceptional communication skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
      • A passion for agile ways of working and an open mind
      • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
      • Strong interpersonal, team building and influencing skills.
      • Energetic, results driven and adaptable.
