Job Description

Designation: Trainee Customer Relationship Officer - Hindi Mandatory

Location: Chennai - Ambattur Industrial Estate

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
  • Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
  • Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products
  • Verify customer details and guide them through an application gateway

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to converse in multi-language - Hindi & English
  • Ability to convince customers
  • Candidates with voice process experience are preferred
  • Freshers with excellent English communication are preferred
  • Should be comfortable traveling to Ambattur

Mandatory Skills

  • Good communication in English& Hindi

Education

  • Any Graduation (with or without backlogs) / 12th pass / Diploma (no backlogs)
  • 2021,2020 passed outs can apply
