Committed to improving diversity but currently there are less female than male engineers (this is the case for most engineering companies)

There are dedicated employee engagement groups committed to looking at diversity and inclusion for different groups and how the company is supporting those people. They assess and make recommendations on things such as policy and procedure, recruitment strategies, and culture training and awareness.

I am very happy with the number of female engineers in my program. I think it fosters a really healthy and positive social environment.

Boeing has payments for maternity and parental leave. They also have scholarships for women and Indigenous persons. They also encouraging this group to apply as stated in their job applications. Boeing workers are diverse and we also celebrate days for LGBTQIA+ people.

It's great that there's a Diversity and Inclusion pillar within Boeing but there's still a long way to go re: LGBT and POC rep

Greater focus to recruit and retain women. Being in a regional city, not too many ethnic minorities. (not necessarily company issue). Open inclusion policy and values for LGBT.

As an engineering company diversity is pretty weak within the company but the company does make a deliberate effort to improve diversity and has several working groups to help improve diversity.

i think there needs to be more women in the workplace as it is very male dominant. Especially in higher roles as this would entice more females to come to Boeing

Plenty of diversity training etc. Fairly low percentage of engineers in my direct team were female, and few female engineers in leadership positions.

The company is working on this however there is a way to go still. Still some bumps that need to be addressed
