Managers are always there and are in continuous contact on a day-to-day basis. Performance feedback is given informally on a daily basis with more rigid feedback session always available when you want. There is clear communication and always willing to assist where needed

Managers are great from my personal experience. They really try to help you out and genuinely want you to succeed. They are willing to go above and beyond for you and they have your back. They provide constant feedback for you to improve and they also receive you sharing your feedback with them. They also don't forget to praise and recognise you for the work you've done through various ways :)

I have had really highly motivated managers during my time in the company, who look out for their employees and want to drive their development. The Senior leadership teams interact with other employees at work events and there are open lines of communication

Very satisfied with the managers, especially senior management are very open to talk to all employees and have often found myself talking to the regional director one-on-one talking about the industry and asking honest questions. Everyone is happy to make time if there are any questions you might have, plus the mentoring program partners you up with a senior leader that gives career guidance and acts as an advocate to senior leaders about potential job opportunities. Internal and performance feedback is consistent and open, with recognition often being cascaded to the company via the internal company wide meetings
