The company offers a wider variety of in person and online training. Due to COVID a lot was reduced in 2020. However, they have increased the quality of their online training platforms which has been great. Also, the graduate academy was very insightful to the global company which was good

Given the nature of the industry, the BATA has a thorough induction process about the company and industry as a whole. LinkedIn Learning is very much encouraged companywide with an internal digital platform used to cascade learning streams. Using this I have been able to teach myself Power BI and Alteryx from no knowledge to intermediate user. They also push you into projects to learn on the job, and I became a scrum master with the mentoring of the IT team and have learnt how to project manage using Agile
