Locations for 2022

For our 2022 intake we have opportunities across Australia and New Zealand in the following locations: North Strathfield and Huntingwood in NSW, Shepparton in VIC, Marleston in SA, Virginia in QLD and Auckland in NZ.

Duration

The 2022 Graduate Program will commence in February and run for 9-months.

Graduates will not automatically be offered a permanent position at the end of the Program. There will however be permanent opportunities available for those who demonstrate high performance and impact and whose skills and experience meet the business' requirements at the time.

Recruitment Process

Assessment Process

The assessment process will comprise of four steps:

  1. Video Interview | Following applications, aligned candidates will be invited to record a video in response to a series of questions.
  2. Online testing | Candidates reaching the next stage will be asked to complete online tests, which will measure aptitude and behaviors that align to the unique needs of the Arnott's Graduate Program. Once you have completed these assessments you will receive feedback on how you went.
  3. Assessment Centre | With everyone's safety in mind, we will be conducting our assessment centres online in a virtual environment. The Assessment Centres will involve a group activity and an interview.
  4. Pre-Employment Checks | The final part of our process will be to conduct reference checks, pre-employment medicals, and confirm your right to work in Australia or New Zealand.

The Arnott's Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders who can make an impact. Assessments will be conducted giving strong weight o the values and expectations of individual candidates and how their experience will help achieve our business goals.

Be at your best on the day of the Assessment Centre. Be well-rested, make sure you enjoy yourself, and embrace the challenge and the technology.

Some practical ideas for the Assessment Centre include:

  • Remove any distractions
  • Find a comfortable quiet space where you won't be interrupted
  • Test any technology and links ahead of time
  • Try to use a laptop rather than a phone
  • Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection
