Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
The best office. It has cool standing desks and double monitors. Conference rooms are cool and it's a 1 minute walk from the station. The dress code may be the greatest part about working at Capgemini as we are not restricted to the suit and tie look but are free to express ourselves.

Casual dress code, if we are on client site we aim to match their dress code or dress above. Office is great, it is located near southern cross near a lot of other companies. The office is very open plan with a lot of the employees from all divisions mixing and socialising. They have lockers available and there is a barista at the office as well from 9am-3pm I believe. They also have a kitchen, private spaces, a prayer room.

The office is really lovely. It is well equipped, always clean and has a big focus on waste reduction. Dress code is well respected by everyone in the office, more than welcome to add your own flare as well, typically the dress code sits around smart to formal depending on whether you are just in our local office or client facing.

I only have experience with the Melbourne office. It is quite spacious, the desks are very nice with everything you need (and more), there are two bathroom areas and large lounge/kitchen areas. There are plenty of cookies/biscuits and milk, as well as free coffee. Every now and then there is free food, most commonly fruit balls but also pastries, sandwiches, etc. The lobby and elevator are very spacious and nice, and there is a tram station directly outside, as well as various bars, shops and restaurants. There is no dress code, but it is advised to dress from business to business casual. Many people will wear dress shirts and dress pants, but you can also wear a sweater with jeans or a shirt and a jacket, for example.

Our Melbourne office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. We have a great view across our level and really pristine working spaces making it a treat to come into the office. I can't forget about our in-house barista who is AMAZING and the fresh fruit that is available every morning. Our dress code is business casual and we take that very seriously - we have super stylish colleagues in our office! :)
