I have always had managers who invest in me and my development. They make sure I get the opportunities I want. Feedback is something you have to seek yourself but I have always received constructive feedback when I have asked for it.

Recruitment

Recruitment
Rigorous and effective. There were multiple rounds of psychometric assessments, followed by a case study. After the case study came a 1 on 1 interview. This was then followed by the 'Business games day' where you were split into teams and spent ~3 hours in competition with the others. Finally, there was a panel interview, where ~6 applicants interviewed with the CEO and the Vice Presidents. I thought it was a fantastic process, as not only was there a lot of variety and challenge involved, but it was a process that you couldn't plan for, instead, you had to rely on your own abilities. There was no hiding behind pre-prepared answers. Know exactly why you are interested in the industry and the company. They are distinct responses and should be clearly articulated.
