2021 Accounting Supervisor

Overview of the role:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Responsible for coordinating, directing the flow of work and reviewing the work of the accounting staff to ensure that all financial records are kept up to date and reporting deadlines are met
• Establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years experience
• Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes.
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team management skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• Willing to work in Basak Mandaue city
