Your role

TCB Digital is a one-year graduate program to groom, nurture and equip high-potential tech fresh graduates as part of the CIMB tech workforce. The program runs with two stages of development and training.

Training & development

Intensive Classroom Training (1 month)

Intensive curriculum centered around firms, businesses, and technology. The training will span the duration of a month, alongside professional development and career mapping opportunities i.e. real-life case studies, projects, and field trips.

Job Rotations (11 months)

Role rotations across two different business units. These units will be chosen to complement your career track, helping to develop a deeper understanding of the organization. You will participate in and contribute to projects directly impacting the company’s operations. Throughout this time, you will receive invaluable and rigorous coaching from the mentors.

• Good CGPA
• Proficient in English
• Excellent grades in related subjects
