What you will do?

Module 1: Brand analysis (1 - 2 hours)

Research and summarise the strengths and weaknesses of multiple brands in relation to this specific task.

Module 2: Strategy development (45 minutes - 1.5 hours)

Develop a strategy to grow your nominated brand’s market share using the allocated budget from the Board.

Module 3: Measuring success (1 - 2 hours)

Devise a method to evaluate the effectiveness of each initiative.
