In the office we generally have a friendly, caring culture. After hours we all tend to get along well also. HR have done great work to ensure that each and every staff member knows where the boundaries are. My only real criticism is that there's a tendency to move straight on to the next big thing rather than celebrate and reflect on our successes.

The culture here is great. Our department cares about all of us. We have a regular "Birthday Celebration" for all our employees. We are able to work flexibly on both projects and time. I have a good relationship with my colleagues.

Flexible work arrangements. Work outside of office hours is not expected. Approachable staff. Low level of socialization outside of contact hours.

In both the teams I have worked in during my 2 roles with Dulux - these have both had great teams. Everyone has been at Dulux for a very long time, largely due to it being a great company to work for. There are however obvious age differences between myself and the rest of the team. It would be nice to see some more diversity amongst age in the Trade team.

Incredibly open structure where everyone can talk to anyone. Work incredibly well in teams and everyone gets along
