I don't see much besides gender diversity. Maternity leave is available for 12 months.

The R&D function is very gender diverse. Diversity across other business functions is also appreciated and I have not previously heard of any instances of discrimination. The business is really good with maternity leave and offering flexible working arrangements for parents and those who may need them.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
I think we've broken down most barriers to applying by advertising roles in a range of places. I.e. I found my role advertised on student job search. Which I personally found far easier to use.
