I don't see much besides gender diversity. Maternity leave is available for 12 months.

The R&D function is very gender diverse. Diversity across other business functions is also appreciated and I have not previously heard of any instances of discrimination. The business is really good with maternity leave and offering flexible working arrangements for parents and those who may need them.

Our company respects all cultures and people with a different background. We have diverse religions, genders, as well as cultures.

Very supportive of all these things.

I think Dulux is one the best places you can be from this perspective. I never feel any gender difference and the organisation is very supportive for those who want to have children.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
I think we've broken down most barriers to applying by advertising roles in a range of places. I.e. I found my role advertised on student job search. Which I personally found far easier to use.
