My role has constantly changed and I have felt that I have needed to direct myself at various points

I feel like I have a fairly good balance of important project work and day to day tasks that alleviate the strain on my current team. The grad program activities do result in some juggling of priorities so it pays to have a manager with an understanding of this commitment.
