I work on a wide variety of tasks, working closely with team members or other stakeholders. Ad hoc tasks often test my understanding of systems and processes.

As a Trade Stores Support Officer, I look after the day-to-day operations of Dulux Trade Stores across NSW and ACT. At a high level, I am responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy within stores and adherence to store processes.

I usually will have multiple projects on the go which keeps me busy. This mainly involves keeping communication open to all project contacts, booking meetings, chasing up people for bits of work etc.

Day to day role changes and is dependent on incoming projects

My role is a research team leader in R&D Department. My day-to-day responsibilities are to take care of my team to carry out innovative research activities to deliver new technologies in our products.

I assist the marketing department with various projects as well as individual projects on my own. On top of that, I work on various administrative tasks relating to marketing.

A lot of my current position is just communication & helping to improve/ introduce new initiatives regarding Sales Professionals.

I enjoy my day to day activities but enjoy the projects I get to work on with people from all over the business the most.

Managing a team of workers in the factory

Big workload due to insufficient resources in the team but work is fun.

Interact with customers to ensure profitable growth and satisfaction.

I work to develop NPD as well as maintaining the current product portfolio. Day-to-day, I balance my time in the lab making formulas and conducting testing, with research, results analysis and meetings.

I enjoy my role because no two days are the same. Working in R&D I get to use my technical knowledge to solve problems and innovate new products. I am responsible for day-to-day maintenance of formulas and get to work with Manufacturing as well as Marketing to develop new products for our customers.
