What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pretty standard pay for a graduate role but I have received a couple of bonuses this year
Graduate, Perth
My pay is pretty good once you consider its that plus super. Never received a bonus.
Graduate, melbourne
Could do better on pay. Bonuses are not frequent.
Graduate, Melbourne
I am satisfied with my pay. As a graduate I have realistic expectations. My criticism would be pay cycles, I think a monthly pay cycle is suited to high earners and challenging for lower earners within a company. It's something that has resulted in challenging months that are hard to recover from when unexpected costs come up.

I have good pay, which is equal to my background and job degree. We don't have direct bonuses but we do have discounts for buying paints.

The base is on par with average for the country in this field of work, with the bonus structure putting it above average. It really encourages you to go above and beyond.

We are remunerated exceptionally well

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
The Gap Plan program, where the first $1K out of your pocket medical expenses are covered when you have private health insurance. The discount on paint is pretty good
Graduate, melbourne
Cheap paint, free health insurance, enjoyable conferences.
