Can progress from Graduate Consultant to Associate in a year. Not sure about additional progression possibilities.

Generally perform well and get good feedback from the client and you'll move up the ranks. Graduate -> Associate seems automatic with it happening earlier depending on performance. Associate -> Consultant requires around 3years experience. From there to senior is different however requires a lot more stringent requirements.
