Working Hours at Empired Ltd

7.2
7.2 rating for Working Hours, based on 6 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Very flexible, very open to Working From Home. Can start early or late - just have to make sure to clock in 8 hours everyday. The employees seem to work for 9 hours (including an hour for lunch) or more usually.

I enjoy the flexible hours and working arrangements. I'm able to choose which hours I can work and where I'm able to work. There are times where overtime hours or weekend work is required, which is greatly compensated by time in lieu.

Good flexibility, tend to work overtime without pay more often than not. Can be frustrating, but they are more than happy to let you go early if needed

The only real rule is to book 40 hours per week between Monday and Sunday, but I'm sure they'd accept anything over 38. With the ability to work from home, the hours can always be made up outside of M-F 9-5.

We fill out time sheets to hit 40 hours every week. When at a client I usually do the 40 hours then leave, but for some reason at the office the environment is a bit heavier around leaving time especially around certain departments (Rio support) that make it feel necessary to stay later.

Can work less or more if I discuss and justify reasoning with manager and client (if on project)
