Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • During the Tenure of this contract, he has to assist the Company with his professional expertise to enable it to generate new business.
  • He shall always be well-groomed, neat, and dressed appropriately while meeting our existing and/or prospective customers.
  • He will be responsible for the safekeeping and return in good condition and order, of all company's property which may be entrusted to his custody, care or charge.
  • He has to engage himself fully in the sale, service, or promotion of the Company.
  • He has to maintain a Daily Activity Report (DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of the customer (Name, address, telephone No.).
  • Ensure 6 Appointments and 3 product presentations/ Demonstrations in a day through various activities like cold calls, references, FLC Activities & Roadshows.
  • Maintain daily feedback from the customers.
  • He has to report to the Circle head about his daily activities and planning to achieve maximum sales during the month
  • Circle Head will assist him with any support he requires to generate business on file.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Age between 18 to 30 years.
  • Should preferably be minimum HSC passed who want to learn Direct sales
  • Should be smart and with a positive attitude to project the right image of the company.
  • Should possess good communication/presentation skills.
