I still don't get to this point as this is my second month working with the company. So far what I can say is that every time I requested feedback I received a good one, with points to improve my skills and fair assessment of my jobs delivered.

I am unsure - I think after about 1 year you get promoted from grad to consultant. I think good performance determines how you progress. They cover additional training (CA/CPA), which is good.
