Many of the company's leaders are women, which is a marvelous fact. However, so far I haven't seen many campaigns related to the LGBT cause. There are programs for charity which is awesome, but in my opinion, the company could do better when it comes to some causes.

Difficult for me to comment on recruitment, retention etc as new employee. Appreciate flexibility to have children in the office. Office environment still remains a potential breeding ground for casual forms of bigotry.

The office seems pretty diverse, especially among the younger team members. For those with kids work seems to be flexible and accommodating of their schedules.
