Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Quick and easy
Graduate, Sydney
Applied through Seek (I believe?) and then received an email to do the online video with a couple of questions being recorded as well as taking assessments where you had to answer as if you were in certain scenarios.

Everything was clear for me, they were really patient, especially with my language barriers at that time. The company return with the outcomes of the process took a little bit long but I understand there are many steps that need to be covered, so it is not a bad thing necessarily.

Hiring process was quick and efficient.
Graduate, Other (Please specify) - Coffs Harbour
Process seemed to take a long time with large gaps between each stage and little to no progress reports
Graduate, Melbourne
It was good, communicating was clear throughout and the interviews were professional and prompt.

What questions were you asked in your interviews?
Mainly talked about telling them examples of certain situations I was in (like meeting deadlines, conflict type) and the work i did with a certain subject completed in my degree - I was given an assignment that consisted of doing some alignment journals on MYOB, creating financial statements, tac rec and letter of recommendation. Then combine them into a report for a made up client.
Graduate, Brisbane
About my background in Brazil, and what kind of matters I was dealing with back then. Those were mostly the questions they asked me.
Graduate, Brisbane
Started with "what do you know about [company]?"
Graduate, Other (Please specify) - Coffs Harbour
About my experience at previous jobs and university, challenges, strengths, what my interests are
Graduate, Brisbane
Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Be honest and open about who you are
Graduate, Sydney
Just be yourself, have a couple notes handy with examples of different situations you have experienced in school/uni, prev/current jobs and or could be also with personal life as well. I used the STAR technique and it helped me with the steps in structuring my responses.
Graduate, Brisbane
Studying the company's culture, values and goals is a good one to prepare for the interview and recruitment process.
Graduate, Brisbane
Demonstrate you are interested in THIS job with THIS company by doing a little extra reading.
Graduate, Other (Please specify) - Coffs Harbour
I would recommend assessing your strengths and weaknesses, to have a response prepared for that.
