  • The involvement of all seniors in helping us graduates understand everything regarding the projects.
  • Very dynamic work environment with a huge range of very talented and smart employees means I can gain insights and knowledge in every aspect of my work.
  • Extremely friendly and diverse workplace.
  • Understanding, and always willing to help.
  • They need to work on the onboarding process for a new hire.
  • Not enough opportunities to network with employees outside of my team
  • At Busy times long hours are required but that expected in most consulting firms

Recruitment
Extremely supportive and responsive Recruitment team/HR. I did not come across any other Recruitment/HR of any company that were as involved as them. It seemed like they actually cared about the fact that I have a good experience throughout the recruitment processes.

Salary
Could be better considered in the context of the revenue generated by an individual, but this is somewhat mitigated by the training and development opportunities which include formal certifications (i.e I've become certified in AWS) which are paid for.

Training
Having only just begun at Genpact, the training and development programmes are promising. An avid learner, I can receive course recommendations as well as plan which topics I'd like to learn more about. A great balance of freedom of choice and recommended learnings.
