By working as a Graduate Sales & Marketing professional, you will be responsible for working with the Safety & Productivity (SPS) Sales team to develop and complete solution and pricing proposals to customers across both channel and end user targets. Working closely with Regional Sales Managers, this role will ensure customer requests are managed and dealt with in a timely and responsive manner

Day-to-day performance shall be in 100% compliance with Sales process, ensure SFDC (CRM Tool) and other relevant systems are kept up-to-date.  In addition, this role will work closely with the Pacific Projects Leader and the Service team in supporting the ANZ Sales team achieving their objectives.

You can also make a difference in vital areas of our society such as education, the industrial sector, healthcare and government sectors.  At the forefront of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Honeywell impacts on our lives with controls for air conditioning equipment and controls; security management systems, life safety and fire alarm systems, industrial controls, energy management; and general building management systems and services.  The HBS teams install, maintains and upgrades systems that enable our customers to become more competitive through improved building and process performance.

Please note this role may involve regular domestic travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the customer’s ambassador and advocate; 100% cadence to Sales MOS, keep SFDC (CRM Tool) and other Sales tools up-to-date, analyse contracts for assigned customers in order to provide metrics necessary for customer retention; promote the use of additional HBS services and offerings
  • Account Management support of 100+ customer accounts; responsible for supporting account retention and growth within these assigned account base. Also responsible for maintaining relationships with End Users as well as gather intel on and opening doors to new ones.
  • Help support retention and growth of assigned customer base and successful maximization of asset increase and year-on-year escalations. Assist in achieving High Net promotor scores on all surveys within existing account base; NPS Score >8 (Min 1 Survey per month).
  • Prepare reports and documentation in order to conduct ongoing customer reviews (Account Reviews, Impact Reviews and eCAP reviews)
  • Retain and Grow HGAS’s revenue and margin, of assigned accounts, in line with Sales AOP
  • Growing the customer base and influencing cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success
  • Driving new customer growth to new, existing and underrepresented verticals
  • Engaging with all levels of customers to act as their trusted advisor to translate Honeywell offerings into real world business value.
  • Conducting research and analysis of sales and customer data to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders
  • Own and manage the sales cycle demonstrating a value-based, consultative approach
  • Sales activities including quoting, providing customers with sales/technical information, and semi-regular in field customer engagements.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, call metrics and reports to inform management’s strategic decision-making using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications or related field Business, Statistics, Cyber Security, Statistics, Cyber Security
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer driven functional sales environment
  • Customer focused and problem solving skills
