I had to apply by submitting a cover letter and CV. I think all of my CV details also had to be manually entered into a website form, which was quite frustrating. I then got invited to complete my assessment centre and interview on the same day, I got my acceptance call on the same day.

Honeywell did not seem interested in the specific discipline studied at university. Much more interested in candidates who have an engineering degree and experience outside of uni. Most roles at Honeywell do not require a degree, just adaptability to learn new skills and bring new solutions to problems.
Graduate, Sydney
Show you do things outside of just uni

Be authentic. The most important traits you can have are to be interesting and fun to work with, a clear communicator and someone who brings a positive attitude to work every day.
