Hours are flexible

I work a very definitely 40 hrs a week. I think it is very fair and they dont expect you to work overtime as long as you get all the work done.

Very flexible in workhours. As long as the job get done in time, don't need to be strictly 8 hours a day.

I am expected to average 38 hours per week. This is actually what occurs as well. Some weeks I may work at most 45 hours and as few as 30 hours. I haven't done any weekend or holiday work. Company is very flexible on hours.

I'm contracted for 38 hrs a week. If I go beyond this, in my position I'm entitled to apply for overtime pay in my timesheet. In situations where this has arisen there have been no complaints from the company and I think having this ability is really unique for grad roles. I really appreciate this. We don't get pressured to do lots of extra hours without pay (as I know grads at other companies do).

General 9-5, however the hours can increase when there is a deadline that is unavoidable. Generally, understanding of the need for working regular hours.
