Transport Operations Shift Lead (Rolling Intake)

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting two sites, ASF and Infinity to lead and manage complex and highly sensitive ground operations while ensuring employee safety and security and compliance to government statutory regulations and adherence to IBM’s Transport Policy.

• This position works in close collaboration with transport suppliers, business, procurement, security, GRE, and other functions. to provide safe and secure women’s transport.

• Additionally ensures cab hygiene, sanitization, and driver/guard health measures.

• The position needs to be located in Gurgaon/NCR since an on-ground presence is critical.

• The resource will be accountable for on-ground vendor management, site operations, compliance to operations, and safety procedures.

• The resource will be also required to manage vendor resources on the ground.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in MS Office with the knowledge of creating Macros, Knowledge of local language (Hindi).

• Candidates, having sound knowledge of third-party Employee Transport tools (MoveInSync) would be given preference.
