  • Melaksanakan fungsi layanan (memberikan informasi, melakukan maintenance data dan menginput transaksi) sesuai target yang ditetapkan
  • Melaksanakan penjualan/referral
  • Menyampaikan komplain/masukan/feedback dari pemegang kartu.merchant/nasabah perbankan/non nasabah kepada divisi/satuan/unit di CIMB Niaga dengan cepat dan akurat agar dapat ditindaklanjuti
  • Melakukan tugas yang diberikan atasan sesuai prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku
  • Meningkatkan product knowledge agar sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku

Job Requirement

Penempatan : Yogyakarta

  1.  Laki - laki
  2.  Usia Maksimal 28 Tahun
  3.  Pendidikan : D3/S1 dengan Minimal IPK 2.8 & Pengalaman sebagai Contact Center/Call Center     Minimal 1 Tahun
  4. Memiliki Kemampuan berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris
  5. Memiliki Clear Voice (Bisa Berbicara dengan Lancar dan Jelas, Tidak Cadel, dan Tidak Berlogat atau Berdialek Kedaerahan. 
  6. Komunikatif dan berjiwa service
