Goes above and beyond to upskill the workforce

The MT program is fantastic for training and development, with many opportunities for furthering both soft and hard skills. With regular round tables with senior members of the business, such as the CEO and divisional GMs, as well as regular opportunities to choose training sessions, such as those tailored to developing presentation skills or Excel, I really do feel the business values my learning and development. Additionally, all the teams I've been in have given me ample opportunity to undertake projects that give me the opportunity to broaden my scope.

Formal training feels unnecessary (forced on all grads when it's not relevant to all our roles) on the job training is difficult - never had a proper onboarding process. very self directed. not everyone willing to put aside time to teach you

I love learning week and their commitment to our futures

Ample opportunities for learning and development, most notably the 'Learning Weeks' held three times a year. In each of these weeks, all L'Oreal employees are encouraged to take part in at least one course, with options covering Excel & Power BI to Cultural Awareness training - and everything in-between.

We have 3 learning weeks a year, in which we are given the opportunity to upskill in a wide variety of areas, from excel, to communication and presenting, to outlook and more

Plenty of training opportunities, I have upskilled a lot on Data & Analytics as I was allowed to have a rotation on the D&A team.

The training that is provided by L'Oreal is amazing and is a real benefit of working here. Having 3 weeks of learning that employees can choose is great and many of the trainings are unique.

L'Oreal is extremely supportive of employee training. They host 3 learning weeks a year where employees can upskill in a large range of trainings. I have picked up skills ranging from excel skills, outlook organisation and even finance training!

Learning Weeks are highly beneficial. Discovery/Onboarding weeks help with the basics. Informal WIPs with more senior business stakeholders are fantastic opportunities to develop

Training is one of the best I have seen in a company before. They offer 3 weeks a year that are dedicated to training, organising externals to run sessions in person and learn about a very extensive range of training sessions. It is not just online modules like most other companies. There is so much development by far the most a company offers its employees. As for on job training, everyone in all teams are willing to give you a hand on anything and teach you. Everyone is willing to spend time with you to learn.

I would have appreciated more formal training regarding systems we use at L'OREAL. I was happy with the excel training.

Formal training the week we started about the company and its values, products, systems etc. Formal learning weeks a few times a year where you can pick courses to do (technical trainings to trainings around public speaking, mental health etc) Informal training sessions with managers to upskill you in certain areas of your role

Presentation skills has been a big one for me - learning from both formal training and exposure to presentations from some experienced leaders of the business. Time management and managing expectations. Hard skills such as excel training, IT tips, inbox management, creative best practice etc.
