What you will do?

Module 1: Defining the problemย (30 minutes to 1 hour)

Define the business problem for our client George, who wants to open a doughnut stand, and note any areas where further information is required.

Module 2: Breakeven analysis and scenario modellingย (1 hour - 1.5 hours)

Now that we know what we are solving for it is time to determine how many doughnuts George needs to sell to break even.

Module 3: Summarising the findingsย (30 minutes - 1 hour)

Summarise your analysis and present your key recommendations to George - make a call on how he should proceed with the investment.
