Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: SLOC management,Stock Availability - DC & Store, Freebies,EOL management,Promotion Management Defective Process,DOA,DAP.
  • People Management: Self & Team Learning, Rostering, coaching & counseling, Interview, Review/ feedback, PMS, Brand promoter compliance, Knowledge transfer from brand promoter to Digital staff.
  • Business Management, Plano implementation.
  • Business Acumen: P&L,SPICE/ MBR/ WBR,Competetion Nos,Beat plan.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA Freshers passing out the year 2021 only to apply.
  • Specialization Domain: Marketing/ Retail Operations.

Perks and Benefits

  • Annual CTC: 3 Lakhs for first 6 months, 3,50,000/- after successful completion of training.
  • Joining Bonus: 25000/- payable after 6 months.
