For instance, there's a team dedicated to decarbonising Rio Tinto and various projects such as a $2.6 billion lithium mine, 1 GW solar farm and desalination plants are in the pipeline.

LinkedIn learning is a big thing here and there is also Rio Tinto College which offers a huge variety of courses that anyone is able to apply and do. Depending on what you are working on, formal training is also organised to assist in completing a project.
