  • Personally, the commute is quite long for me but having the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week is very helpful.

I have personally done a great deal of work with the First Nations Engagement Team to help shine a light on the importance of First Nations engagement, Indigenous employment, and Indigenous procurement. This is a huge passion of mine, and although technically falls outside of my job description, the company has allowed me to lean into this and integrate it into my day-to-day.

The company is inspiring and because of this, attracts employees that engage with one another in a positive way, interacting cross-functionally to accomplish our common goals. No two days are the same. From Monday - Friday I can be found engaging with consultants, facilitating innovation and sustainability workshops, learning about the numbers that support our projects, or donning a hard-hat and boots on site.

Stockland pays their grads well the bonuses are fair. Care awards- can be nominated for an award/gift card road shows- all company event that is a lot of fun end of year parties free team dinners/lunches etc.

There are quite a lot of training and development programmes at the company. These include induction training, linkedin learning, webinars, in person lunch-and-learn training sessions, etc. On the job training for tasks is also done quite well, you are shown how to complete tasks and encouraged to innovate also.
