Your role

Key Requirement:

• To generate Home Loan (HL) minimum 4 leads per month.
• Acquire new customers from the market.
• Collection of prospective customer information and arrange Home Loan events in potential areas. Ensuring data security.
• Exploring favourable cross-selling opportunities with HL customers.
• Managing & Coordinating with Principals (SHFL & HDFC Home)
• To be aware of the Home Loan process and its business
• Obtaining all mandatory documents from customers
• Processing the applications HL for approval
• Responding to customer queries and grievances and providing timely information and redressal. Ensuring committed numbers are achieved
• CMS updation
