- Reviews and interprets incoming annual claims to properly make an eligibility determination.
- Reviews and interprets individual policies to properly make an eligibility determination.
- Calculates invoice totals.
- Provides claims notations and data entry as needed.
- Attends and participates in team meetings as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Daily contact with all internal departments as well as veterinarians and clinic staff.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or;
- An associate degree in Veterinary Technician with at least 3 years Veterinary Experience
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, work on holidays and weekends
- Amenable to temporarily Work-From-Home
- With at least 30MBPS wired internet connection and conducive workspace at home
- Currently residing within Cebu province (non-island)
