Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Everyone has time for each other.

Flat management structure - no manager but that means that you need to advocate for yourself. This is difficult in a remote working environment when you don't cross paths with people outside of your immediate team. People are generally helpful and friendly but recently people have been too busy to help. Minimal socialising due to COVID restrictions.

I have not yet been into the office due to the pandemic and local rules around indoor capacity. But after hours there have been several event, the company has been generous and thoughtful in setting these up. every person i have met so far has been fantastic.

We have a good work life balance! There are a lot of fun activities and social events around the office. We also do Friday lunches where everyone comes and socializes.

Everyone is very nice & very thoughtful/nice. I feel relatively safe talking to my coworkers even when I am having a hard time. It is a flat structure so there is not much heirarcy, which is good but also has some flaws in that sometimes it's hard to know who to talk to about something. They try really hard to have us socialise & nurture a good culture.

Very flat structure. Friendly, diverse, and open, environment where everyone feels welcome.
