Our people are known for delivering award-winning solutions, working collaboratively, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. They are our greatest asset, and we invest in their development, well-being, and their ambitions.

Tonkin + Taylor is a 100% New Zealand-owned specialist environmental and engineering consultancy with offices across New Zealand and in Australia.

We are hiring now for Graduate Geotechnical Engineers to join us in Auckland in early 2022!

If you have completed/are on your way to completing your tertiary qualification in BE(hons) ME or PhD or similar, have great verbal and written communication skills and an excellent eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

From day one you'll be supported by a team of approachable colleagues who are happy to help you. You'll have access to a range of internal and external training courses and have your professional membership paid for.

Our graduate programme (GO2022) will help you transition into the workforce and support your career development pathway.

We promote an open culture where innovation and lateral thinking is encouraged. T+T is a place where you can feel comfortable asking others for advice and where people are equally willing to listen to your ideas. Together, we create and sustain a better world. At T+T, everyone matters, we are empowered to deliver and encourage excellence every day.

We know it can be a juggling act fitting your work and outside interests into daily life, so along with an excellent remuneration package, we offer additional benefits to help you achieve a work/life balance.

We are looking for top talent and inquisitive minds, those who are looking for an exceptional, open environment to help them succeed.

We particularly encourage speakers of Te Reo Māori or Pasifika languages to apply.
