Pros & Cons

  • Flexibility /4-day work week. Encouraging and motivating people. Leaders in key issues like sustainability.
  • Leadership team of my discipline, factory based leadership teams and the growth opportunities that peers encourage. The support factory members provide to help shape career and showcase job prospects.
  • There is a very high scope for growth, and your team genuinely wants to help you achieve your career goals. My team is very accommodating and understanding of heavy workloads, and I find it very easy to approach anyone on my team with any concerns.
  • 4-day work week, flexible hours and schedules, supportive and encouraging team, central Auckland office location.
  • I am consistently provided with new learning opportunities to continue my development.
  • Heavily focused on other areas of the business thus, limited benefits to supply chain training unless from the sector itself. Country factory often forgotten/left alone from the wider business, not able to receive similar benefits.
  • Operational effectiveness
  • Sometimes, the workload can get intense, however this is something we can discuss with our team/manager to adjust.
  • Good starting salary, but less pay increases compared to competitor FMCG companies.
  • I work very long hours sometimes, which means overtime, but am on salary.
