How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Flexible - never expected to work more than 38 hours a week. Leave is generally always approved/encouraged.

Work schedule roughly follows a standard 9-5 schedule, with occasional days spend working to 6 depending on workload. Work is sometimes required outside of hours but is compensated with time in lieu.

My hours are typically standard 9-5, however I am given the flexibility to move these earlier or later as needed

I'm very happy with the hours I work. They're flexible as long as all my work is getting done, and I don't feel guilty for needing to take leave.

Work hours are flexible. A good work to life balance is advised

My hours are set at 76 a fortnight, and this is perfect for me. There is a lot of flexibility regarding how you go about achieving them, provided you communicate with your manager.

The company is very flexible in its working hours and will be even more flexible as we return to the office

The work hours here are very flexible. As I'm an early bird, I'm not the biggest fan of the average 9AM-5PM shift so all I had to do was ask my manager if I could do an 8AM-4PM shift instead, which I was able to do and commence within a week of starting work! Depending on the work we do, our managers are more than happy to negotiate different working arrangements to suit our needs.

As I have been working from home, hours are very flexible. As long as the work gets done efficiently and effectively, that is all that matters.

Flexible to choose whether I work from home or in the office. Normal Day is 8:30 to 5 which I think is pretty good.

This is hard to say as we have been spent all but one month, at home. However, the project has a flexible working environment meaning that you can work the hours you need to, as long as you speak to your manager about it

Very flexible I can come in early or later if needed.

In my experience the project is very flexible with hours, as long as you are getting the job done and it works with your team. It depends on the role you're in however, for example if you're working in a construction intensive team then you will be more constrained by construction schedule.

I don't believe the project were overly flexible prior to COVID-19. Although a lot of work has been done to provide a flexible way of work post COVID-19

I usually work 9-5, however the project is very flexible when it comes to hours.

Largely depended on the team, the project and stage of the project. Project client side rotations are mainly 9-5, those involved directly with construction on site may work more hours, 7-5pm depending on project needs. Note that long hours are typical for construction. The project has flexible arrangements for all situations.

Very flexible, and don't usually have to work overtime. and during year end we get time-in-lieu

With the new way of working due to COVID-19, the company is very flexible with where and when you work. Family duties are understood and accommodated, so as long as you communicate your needs with your manager the flexibility is there.
