How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
They are evidently very busy but will give you the time of day if you ask.

I am satisfied with my managers and have a good relationship where I am comfortable communicating with the entire management team of Directors. I consistently receive feedback from them

The whole team works quite closely together, so access and communication with managers is frequent and open. Dialogue is maintained regarding workloads, how things are going, etc. Recognition and both positive and constructive feedback is common.

My manager is very supportive and guides me to make sure I'm developing well as an engineer. My manager and the rest of the senior members of the team are excellent mentors. Our office is open plan and my manager sits in with everyone else so he is always easy to talk to, always there if you need help and does a lot of the ground work too.
