What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay package could be more competitive. I feel like bonuses are more common but the amount is not extravagant.

Pay is on pay with similar positions at tier 1 consulting firms. There are no bonus for graduates and very limited benefits when compared to construction, mining and government graduate positions.

I am aware that my salary is on the low-middle of the scale, and that government agencies pay much higher. I am aware of peers at my level who are on significantly higher. I am not aware of any bonuses offered. I imagine I will get a big pay rise once I finish the graduate program otherwise I will look for work elsewhere.

I have a PhD Degree in engineering with almost 15 years experience in industry and academic, but joined WSP as graduate, I feel a bit downgrade as I don't know myself a graduate student. Other graduates just completed their bachelor without any experience at all, and we are under one job title "Graduate" with quite same salary which is not fair.

Self-Funded Leave, as a grad that started in October I had no annual leave (negative annual leave due to holiday shutdown) and with no major expenses for myself I'm happy to sacrifice some pay to get leave allowing me to enjoy planned events and not have to choose between work and my passions
