About this course

A Diploma of Business Administration (BSB50415) will give you the skills to coordinate business projects in any workplace. You will learn to lead teams, manage payroll systems and coordinate staff. Coursework will take you through development of business plans, and the management of stakeholders and employee performance.

You must first complete the Introductory Skills Course to develop fundamental skills and knowledge. On completion of the Introductory Skills Course, you can choose to exit and receive a Statement of Attainment. Or you can continue and study a further 5 units to graduate with a diploma. A course consultant will contact you to to organise your enrolment into the diploma.

Please note: If you complete the Course in Introductory Skills within 5 months, you gain automatic entry into the diploma. You will have an additional 12 months from enrolment to complete the remaining units of the diploma.

This course is not available to international students.

Entry requirements

To ensure you have the best chance of successfully completing your diploma, you may enter this course if you meet any of the below criteria.

  • Hold a Year 12 Certificate of Completion

OR

  • Completion of a Cert IV or above in any field

OR

  • Can demonstrate relevant work experience and meet the language, literacy and numeracy requirements to study at the diploma level.
