Justin [00:00:03] What would you say is the number one tip for students applying to the grad program at IAG to really help them successfully nail that interview or the process overall?
Blair [00:00:10] So if you're applying for a role within the IATA graduate program, my main advice to you would be make sure you do your research. So learn not only about IAG, but understand the industry that we operate in, whether that be doing Google searches or understanding more about the insurance industry from maybe people that, you know, have worked in there. So I definitely think do your research and be prepared to really make sure that the culture here at IAG aligned to your own as well.
