Tamlyn [00:00:06] Yeah. So you will need to submit your application and resume and then you will hear back usually a short phone call during a phone screen. Once you hear back with your phone screen, they'll invite you to your first round interview, which will be via Teams, just a very formal interview around behavioural questions, and then you'll get a link to the psychometric testing. If you do proceed from that point onwards, it will be a meet and greet out in the location that you choose or you prefer. And once from there will go into pre-employment checks and hopefully job offer.
