Justin [00:00:00] Tamlyn, as a grad at Forestry Corporation, what other types of learning and development opportunities do you get access to?
Tamlyn [00:00:06] There are multiple learning and development opportunities here at Forestry for graduates. Once we enter the business we then are able to get a fire qualification. So we go to fire camp for a week. We get a four-wheel drive, our chainsaw certificate, any certificate or qualifications that we don't have that are needed for the role as well as any extra things that we want to do. As you know, we have an in-house leadership program, so we call it 'Leaf' which we are able to do if that's something that we want to progress into and that just shows us the qualities of being a leader and how to take that next step into supervisory positions.
