While I am in the doctorates program, my short-term objective is to engage in research to further expand my knowledge of engineering. After completion, my long-term goal is to stay in academia.

No’am Geffen studied Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University and is now an Engineer, Integrated Transport & Mobility at Aurecon.

What I enjoy most about my job is certainly the opportunity to sustainably influence and change the way we do business today.

One of the things that I believed helped shape my pathway was my journey with sports. Having grown up fully immersed in sports, particularly rugby, I was able to translate a lot of the lessons learnt from the field to the classroom and eventually the workplace.

It is great to be able to form relationships with the client team and make a real change in their business.
